At Green Bakery our aim is to promote a wholesome vegan lifestyle, compassion for the animals, environment and body. We hope that many with like-minded mindset can taste delicious traditional western desserts in Taiwan. Green Bakery does not use any ingredients of animal origin, nor hydrogenated vegetable cream, egg replacement enhancers, artificial essences, and baking powder containing aluminum. Instead we have searched for the the highest quality and organic ingredients to be used in our products. Our desserts are suitable especially for those lactose intolerant.
