嚴選稀有、在地、有機、無毒的本土芭樂,在它完熟、香氣最濃郁的時候,熬煮成果醬做為內餡,再以新鮮土芭樂果肉與腰果打成起司基底,佐以檸檬、百香、抹茶提味,帶出酸甜濃香的多層次滋味!
再配上我們自製的餅乾做成的綠茶基底,芭樂香與餅乾香不斷交疊加乘~
這款奇思蛋糕有著上方及中間的雙層果餡,雙倍的香濃果香占滿了鼻間與舌尖。

使 用:

天然腰果、有機土芭樂、有機豆漿、有機檸檬、有機糖、柚子、綠藻抹茶、地瓜、百香果、食用銀箔、洋菜粉、無漂白麵粉、無鋁泡打粉、杏仁、肉桂、義大利Olitalia葵花油、核桃、天然椰子油。


存:

原包裝冷凍保存,於室溫下不宜放置超過1.5小時。

至冷凍庫取出,拆下旦糕透明圍邊後放置室溫下回溫,至芭樂果凍表面的果膠恢復透明光亮以及刀子可不費力切開即可享用。

(果膠冷凍產生冰晶霧面是天然果膠正常現象,室溫退冰過程中即會恢復透明)


建議解凍要吃的量,未食用的部份請妥善存放於密封盒內,放回冷凍庫保存並盡快食用完畢。
